Aragen Life Sciences Limited has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India in connection with its proposed initial public offering.
The offering comprises a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 8,000 million and an offer for sale of equity shares by the promoters and investor Goldman Sachs.
