RentoMojo Limited, India’s leading online rental and subscription platform for home furniture and appliances, filed for an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of up to INR 1,500 million and an offer for sale of up to 28,399,567 equity shares by certain existing shareholders.
The IPO involves marquee investors, including Accel India IV (Mauritius) Limited, ValueQuest S.C.A.L.E. Fund, Edelweiss Discovery Fund – Series I, Chiratae Growth Fund I, and IDG Ventures India Fund III LLC, among others.
CAM acted as domestic legal counsel to RentoMojo and its promoters.
The transaction team was led by Partners Vishal Yaduvanshi and Gayathri Ramachandran, with assistance from Associates Surya Rajkumar, Anna Kallivayalil, Zubin Ronnie, Maria Palamattom, and Aarya Maheshwari.
TT&A advised the book running lead managers (Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, Axis Capital Ltd., and IIFL Capital Services Limited) on the IPO.

Fund, Madison India Opportunities V VCC, Chiratae Growth Fund I, IDG Ventures India Fund III LLC, GMO Payment Gateway Inc, Chiratae Trust, GMO GFF Limited Partnership, and other selling shareholders.
