Chandhiok & Mahajan and Rajani Associates advised on Refex Life Sciences’ 100% acquisition of Modepro.

Refex Life Sciences Private Limited, the pharmaceutical arm of the Refex Group, acquired 100% of Modepro India Pvt Ltd. Modepro is an Indian pharmaceutical company engaged in the buisness of manufacturing pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals.

Chandhiok & Mahajan advised Refex Life Sciences on the legal due diligence of Modepro, in connection with 100% acquisition of Modepro.

The legal due diligence team consisted of Partner Mitesh Shah and Associates Ishaan Wakhloo and Bhoomika Pande.

Rajani Associates advised Modepro and its promoters, the Kavalam family, on this acquisition.
