Refex Life Sciences Private Limited, the pharmaceutical arm of the Refex Group, acquired 100% of Modepro India Pvt Ltd. Modepro is an Indian pharmaceutical company engaged in the buisness of manufacturing pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals.
Chandhiok & Mahajan advised Refex Life Sciences on the legal due diligence of Modepro, in connection with 100% acquisition of Modepro.
