Alphabet is a collection of businesses, the largest of which is Google. Google’s core products and platforms, such as Android, Chrome, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Maps, Google Play, Photos, Search and YouTube, have billions of users. Alphabet’s non-Google businesses are generally far afield of its main internet products, in areas such as self-driving cars, life sciences and internet access.
Cleary Gottlieb represented Alphabet Inc. (Alphabet), the parent company of Google LLC (Google) and one of the world’s most valuable public companies, in concurrent SEC-registered offerings of $17.5 billion aggregate principal amount of U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes and €6.5 billion aggregate principal amount of euro-denominated senior notes. Both offerings closed on November 6, 2025.
