Airbus has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ultra Cyber Ltd from Cobham Ultra, a portfolio company of Advent. The transaction strengthens Airbus’ position as a sovereign cyber capabilities provider in the UK and enhances its end-to-end cybersecurity portfolio, building on its existing presence in Newport, Wales.
The acquisition is expected to reinforce Airbus’ role as a key supplier to the UK and its allies in the evolving European cybersecurity landscape.
