Clifford Chance and RPC have advised on Vitruvian Partners’ strategic investment in Africa Specialty Risks (ASR), a developing markets-focused (re)insurance group.
The investment will support ASR in advancing its mission to provide insurance and reinsurance solutions across developing markets, while expanding its underwriting capabilities, product offering, and geographic footprint beyond Africa and the Middle East.
Clifford Chance advised Vitruvian Partners on the transaction.
