Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the legal counsel to ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED on its INR 5,720 million initial public offering (IPO), through a pure fresh issue of equity shares. The IPO opened on December 10, 2024 and closed on December 13, 2024. MobiKwik is a prominent fintech company providing digital payments and financial services to a large base of users and merchants on its platform. The IPO was one of the most successful fintech listings in India, being oversubscribed over 100 times. SBI Capital Markets Limited and DAM Capital acted as book running lead managers to the IPO.
