Dentons Link Legal and Khaitan & Co advised on BLS E-Services’ acquisition of Atyati Technologies. BLS E-Services Limited has acquired 100% share capital of Atyati Technologies Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of approximately INR 157 crore.
The acquisition strengthens BLS E-Services’ position as a technology-led financial services platform by enhancing its digital banking capabilities and expanding its financial inclusion offerings across India.
Atyati Technologies provides technology solutions in the financial services sector, and the acquisition is expected to support BLS E-Services in scaling its digital banking and business correspondent ecosystem.
