Desai and Diwanji acted as the Legal Counsel to the Lead Manager i.e. Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited, for the initial public offering (IPO) of Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited (Quality Power). This IPO included a primary issuance of equity shares as well as a secondary sale by one of its promoters aggregating to Rs. 858 Crores.
