Desai & Diwanji acted as Legal Counsel to the Issuer for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SHRINGAR HOUSE OF MANGALSUTRA LTD. The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹4,009.20 million. The overall IPO was subscribed by 60.29 times, with shares getting listed at a 14.2% premium at ₹188.50.

The team was led by Partner Sanjay Israni, along with Associates Nishi Jain and Siddhi Mehta.
