The round included a complex shareholder base of 55 sellers, including members of the promoter group, and facilitated the exit of institutional investors. Pee Safe operates in the women’s hygiene and wellness segment, offering products focused on personal hygiene, sexual wellness, and preventative healthcare.
DSK Legal advised Pee Safe and its promoters on their Series C funding round, which involved a combination of primary and secondary investments, with the primary component structured across three tranches.
