DSK Legal and Lexygen advised on Hunger Inc’s latest funding round led by Lighthouse India Fund IV and DSG Consumer Partners IV. Hunger Inc managed to raise Rs.215 crore.
DSK Legal assisted and advised Hunger Inc Hospitality Private Limited (𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗰) and its promoters (Mr. Sameer Seth and Mr. Yash Bhanage) in connection with private equity funding led by Lighthouse India Fund IV AIF (𝗟𝗜𝗙) and DSG Consumer Partners IV (Singapore) (𝗗𝗦𝗚). The fund raise was structured as a mix of primary investment in Hunger Inc and secondary from existing shareholders including Godrej Group (Anamudi Ventures).
The DSK Legal team which represented Hunger Inc was led by Partner Jayesh Kothari and comprised of Principal Associate Rajlaxmi Kale, and Associate Aasil Singh.
Lexygen advised DSG Consumer Partners on co-leading this investment along with Lighthouse Funds. The team was led by Vishnu Chandran.
