DSK Legal and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) advised on the joint venture between MMRDA ( Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority and Karnala Pen Growth Centre Limited, for development of Raigad–Pen Growth Centre project.
The transaction marks a significant public-private partnership initiative aimed at driving industrial and urban development in the Raigad–Pen region of Maharashtra.
DSK Legal assisted and advised the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) in connection with a landmark joint venture with Karnala Pen Growth Centre Limited, a group company of Q-West Infrastructure Private Limited and Orange Smart City Infrastructure Private Limited, for the development of the Raigad–Pen Growth Centre Project.
In Davos last week, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis formally announced the development of a BKC-like business district, i.e. the proposed growth centre, which will be around 15-20 km from the newly built Navi Mumbai airport.
