Gnani Innovations Private Limited (Gnani.AI), an agentic AI platform enabling enterprises to automate customer interactions across voice, chat, SMS and WhatsApp through multilingual and multi-modal capabilities, has raised USD 10 million in its Series B funding round.
The round was led by Aavishkaar Capital, with participation from existing investor Info Edge Ventures.
The funds will be used to strengthen Gnani.AI’s agentic AI capabilities, develop industry-specific solutions, and expand its engineering and product teams to scale its presence in the global enterprise voice AI market.
Fox & Mandal advised Gnani.AI and its promoters on the Series B fundraising.
The transaction was led by Associate Partner Neytra Nayak, with support from Associate Kishan Jaiswal.
Vertices Partners advised Aavishkaar Capital in relation to its investment in Gnani.AI.
The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman and Partner Vikrant Anand, along with Principal Associate Varun Kaka; Associate Managers Nisha Dharod, Manan Kapoor and Mitali Hakani; and Associate Tushar Patial.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Info Edge Ventures on its participation in the Series B round.
The team was led by Partner Pratyush Khurana, along with Principal Associate Sanya Haider and Associate Akshita Mittal.
