Goyel & Goyal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on Bellatrix Aerospace’s USD 20 million Pre-Series B funding round.
Bellatrix Aerospace, a leading space technology company developing advanced propulsion systems and satellite infrastructure for civilian and defence applications, has raised USD 20 million in a Pre-Series B funding round.
The round includes a mix of primary and secondary investments through acquisition of shares from existing shareholders and is led by Cactus Partners, with participation from Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures, 35North Ventures, GrowX Ventures, Inflexor Ventures, Pavestone VC, IndusBridge Ventures and other existing investors.
Goyel & Goyal advised Bellatrix Aerospace on the transaction.
The Goyel & Goyal team was led by Abhipriy Burman, with support from Keshav Saboo and Akshit Goyal.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Cactus Partners Fund I, the lead investor, in relation to its investment in Bellatrix Aerospace.
