Hengeler Mueller and BonelliErede advised Siemens Mobility on acquisition of MERMEC Group businesses.
Siemens Mobility has signed an agreement to acquire several key businesses of MERMEC Group, an Italian high-tech company specialising in railway signalling, electrification, diagnostics, and measurement technologies.
Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected by the end of calendar year 2026.
Hengeler Mueller advised Siemens Mobility on the transaction in an integrated team with BonelliErede.
