IndusLaw advised Filter Capital in connection with its investment in Mynd Solutions Private Limited (operating as ‘M1xchange’), a leading TReDS platform facilitating MSME invoice discounting. The Investment was made through a secondary share purchase from the existing investor Mayfield.
