JSA, AZB & Partners and Samvad Partners advised on Wishlink’s INR 157 Crore Series B fundraise.
Creatormon Private Limited, which operates the digital platform Wishlink, has raised approximately INR 157 crore (INR 1.57 billion) in its Series B funding round.
The round was led by Vertex Ventures, with continued participation from existing investors Elevation Capital and Fundamentum Partnership. The transaction also involved Elevation Capital and Fundamentum acquiring shares from the founders and certain angel investors as part of the round.
Wishlink enables e-commerce through a creator-led redirection model, leveraging social media platforms to drive consumer purchases.
JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Wishlink (Creatormon Private Limited) and its founders — Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta and Chandan Yadav — on the Series B fundraise and the secondary share transfers.
The JSA team was led by Partner Kartik Jain, with support from Associates Dushyant Thakur and Anmol Mahajan, and Senior Company Secretary Alisha Chawla.
AZB & Partners advised Vertex Ventures, as the lead investor, on its Series B funding Creatormon Limited (d/b/a Wishlink), which operates a creator commerce platform.
The deal team included Senior Partners Hardeep Sachdeva and Ravi Bhasin, Partner Gursamran K., Senior Associate Druheen Mohanty, Associates Pragya Pandey, Nishant T. Thakur and Damini Sinha with valueable inputs from Senior Partner Rachit Bahl.
Samvad Partners advised The Fundamentum Partnership – Fund II and Elevation Capital on their investment in the Series B round.
