JSA and CMS INDUSLAW advised on Fleetx.ai’s acquisition of Pando.ai.
Fleetx Technologies Private Limited, an AI-native fleet and logistics technology company, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Quaking Aspen Private Limited, which operates Pando.ai, an AI-powered Transportation Management System (TMS) platform based in Chennai.
The transaction brings together Pando.ai’s freight planning and execution capabilities with Fleetx.ai’s fleet visibility and AI capabilities to create an end-to-end AI-powered platform spanning fleet visibility through freight execution.
Following the acquisition, Pando.ai will continue to operate as a distinct brand, with its leadership team continuing to lead the business, while Fleetx.ai plans to further invest in Pando.ai’s products and AI capabilities.
JSA advised Fleetx Technologies Private Limited on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Quaking Aspen Private Limited.
