JSA Advocates & Solicitors is advising Hotel Polo Towers Limited in relation to its proposed initial public offering of equity shares comprising of a fresh issue aggregating to up to INR 3,000 million and an offer for sale of up to 7,120,030 equity shares by certain Promoter Selling Shareholders.
