The transaction represents a strategic minority investment by Growtheum Capital Partners in Wonder Home Finance Limited, supporting the company’s growth in providing secured mortgage solutions to middle-income and emerging homebuyers across India. The engagement involved advising on regulatory, corporate, and commercial aspects of the deal, including drafting, negotiation, and finalization of the share subscription and shareholders’ agreements, as well as regulatory compliance and competition considerations.
JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Growtheum Capital Partners, a Singapore-headquartered private equity firm, on its investment in Wonder Home Finance Limited, an affordable housing finance company in India.
