JSA and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised on Goyaz Jewellery’s Series A fundraise led by Norwest Venture Partners.

This round marks Goyaz’s first institutional equity raise, cementing its leadership position in a high demand sector and geography.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Goyaz Jewellery Private Limited (Goyaz) and its founders, in connection with its Series A fundraise led by Norwest Venture Partners.

The JSA transaction team is being led by Partner Rishabh Gupta, with support from the deal team comprising Principal Associate Akshath Mithal, and Associates Saurabh Chatterji and Tanmayee Shriprasad Apte, and employment team led by Partner Preetha Soman with support from Associates Sneha Mohanty and Rebecca Thomas.
