JSA and Trilegal advise on Travelstack Tech’s proposed IPO with ₹2.5 billion fresh issue.

Travelstack Tech operates TravelPlus, India’s largest hotels-focused corporate travel management platform for enterprise clients in terms of revenue from operations in Fiscal 2025, and has been managing the FabHotels brand since 2015. The company serves a wide base of enterprise customers, including over 100 NSE-listed companies and more than 50 multinational corporations.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Travelstack Tech Limited and its founder-promoters on the company’s proposed initial public offering, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares of up to ₹2,500 million and an offer for sale of up to 26,852,969 equity shares by various selling shareholders.

The capital markets team was led by Partner Madhurima Mukherjee Saha, with support from Partner Anuj Pethia, Senior Associate Ambuj Gupta, and Associates Rachit Munjal, Priyanshi Bajaj, Ayushi Inani and Simran Sharma, along with Company Secretary Mahaveer Singh.

Trilegal advised Global Private Opportunities Partners II LP and Global Private Opportunities Partners II Offshore Holdings LP, institutional selling shareholders and affiliate entities of Goldman Sachs, in relation to the proposed IPO.
