GTL is a Build-Own-Operate-Maintain (BOOM) Inter-State Transmission System (“ISTS”) project located in Karnataka. Operational since September 2024, GTL comprises approximately 187 circuit kilometres of transmission lines and 1,000 MVA of transformation capacity.
JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised IndiGrid on the execution of definitive agreements for the acquisition of Gadag Transmission Limited (GTL) from ReNew Transmission Ventures Private Limited and KNI India AS.

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised KNI India AS, an existing shareholder in Gadag Transmission Limited, on sale of its 49% shareholding to Indigrid Infrastructure Trust.
