Khaitan & Co advised IFB Agro Industries Ltd. on its proposed acquisition of Cargill India’s commercial shrimp and freshwater fish feed business, as a going concern on a slump sale basis. The deal includes the transfer of manufacturing facilities in Vijayawada and Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, subject to definitive agreements.
