Khaitan & Co and AZB & Partners advised on Brookfield Asset Management’s acquisition of eight warehouses from ESR Group for $450 million.
Brookfield has agreed to acquire a 100% interest in the industrial and logistics portfolio of ESR India for Rs.4300 crore or $450 million. Spread across approximately 400 acres in six metro clusters, the portfolio includes eight Grade A parks located across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Kolkata.
Khaitan & Co advised Brookfield Asset Management on the acquisition of the said warehousing assets from the ESR Group.
