Khaitan & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on Temasek’s INR 482 crore pre-IPO investment in Milky Mist Dairy.

Jongsong Investments, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, has made a pre-IPO investment of INR 482 crore in Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised Milky Mist Dairy and its promoters on the pre-IPO investment.

The deal team comprised Vivek Sriram, Anantha Desikan S and Aanchal Kapoor, with assistance from Sneh Shah on direct tax matters and Anisha Chand on competition law aspects.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as legal counsel for Temasek.
