Khaitan & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on TruAlt Bioenergy’s IPO. The IPO size was approximately INR 83,928 lakhs which comprised of issuance of (i) a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to INR 75,000 lakhs; and (ii) offer for sale by the Promoter Group Selling Shareholders aggregating to INR 8,928 lakhs. The equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges on October 3, 2025.
