Khaitan & Co advised Japan Bank for International Cooperation ( JBIC) on a USD 100 million loan facility extended to IndusInd Bank, acting through its branch in GIFT City, Gujarat. The loan was co-financed by Mizuho Bank, the Joyo Bank, and the Shiga Bank.
