Khaitan & Co advised Godrej Consumer Products Limited on its acquisition of the men’s grooming and skincare business operating under the brand ‘Muuchstac’ from Triology Solutions, structured as a slump sale on a going concern basis.

DSK Legal assisted and advised Triology Solutions Private Limited and its promoters in relation to the transfer and sale the TSPL’s business of manufacturing, developing, designing, marketing, distribution, sale, retail and trading of men’s grooming and skin care products under the brand name ‘Muuchstac’ to Godrej Consumer Product Limited (GCPL), a public company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act 1956, and listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India by way of a slump sale on a going concern basis.
