Khaitan & Co, and IC RegFin Legal Partners advised on USD 6.2 Million Series A Funding in OZi.
OZi, a baby care quick commerce startup, raised USD 6.2 million in a Series A funding round led by RTP Global, with participation from existing investors Huddle Ventures Fund, Blume Ventures, and Zeropearl VC.
The funding will be used to deepen OZi’s presence across Gurugram and the NCR region, strengthen its brand and customer trust, invest in technology and operational capabilities, and expand its curated product offerings.
Khaitan & Co advised RTP Global, the lead investor, on its investment of approximately USD 4.9 million in OZi.
The deal team included Nidhi Killawala, Akhairaj Singh, Shatakshi Gupta, and Anannya Wal, with assistance from Nirupam Lodha (Intellectual Property).
IC RegFin Legal Partners LLP advised Huddle Ventures Fund on its participation in the Series A funding round.
The team comprised Partner Anish Jaipuriar and Associate Nidhi Gupta.
