Vertex Ventures SEA Management Pte. Ltd led a Series B funding round of approximately INR 250 crore in Wint Wealth (operating as Fourdegreewater Capital Private Limited), with participation from Lok Capital and existing investors including Eight Roads, 3one4 Capital, Zerodha, and Unitary Fund.
Wint Wealth is a SEBI-regulated online platform offering bonds and other fixed-income products to retail investors, positioning itself as a fixed-return alternative to market-linked products and bridging the gap between bank deposits and equity investing.
Khaitan & Co acted as legal advisor to lead investor Vertex Ventures SEA Management Pte. Ltd in connection with the Series B round. The team conducted legal due diligence, provided regulatory advice, and assisted in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
