Khaitan, Trilegal, Hogan Lovells Act On Capillary Technologies’ ₹877.5 Cr IPO

Khaitan & Co, Trilegal and Hogan Lovells advised on Capillary Technologies’ ₹877.5 crore IPO.

Capillary Technologies, one of the global market leader in loyalty and engagement management, is a software product company offering AI-based cloud-native SaaS products and solutions globally.

Khaitan & Co advised Capillary Technologies on its INR 877.50 crore initial public offering.

The deal team included Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director – Capital Markets), Partner Thomas George, Principal Associate Poorvi M Jain, Associates Jash Botadra, Sanjeev Ramakrishnan, and Anand Sivasankaran K.

Trilegal advised the book-running lead managers, JM Financial Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited), and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited as their legal advisors regarding Indian law in connection with the initial public offering by Capillary Technologies India Limited aggregating to INR 8,775.01 million.

The Capital Markets team was led by Partner Vijay Parthasarathi, and comprised Senior Associate Vedansh Batwara, and Associates Shashwat S., Shubh Dutta Ojha, Olivia De, Jasmine Manekshaw and Vansh Dhoka.

Hogan Lovells also advised the book running lead managers. The transaction team was led by head of India practice and Managing Partner Dubai office Biswajeet Chatterjee, alongwith Counsel Kaustubh George and Associate Purva Mishra.
