Khaitan & Co., Trilegal and Hogan Lovells advise on Milestone Gears’ proposed INR 1,100 Crore IPO.
Khaitan & Co advised Milestone Gears on filing the DRHP for its proposed IPO comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale of up to INR 11,000 million.
The deal team included Gautham Srinivas, Sathvik Ponnappa, Sanjeev Chowdhary, Mainak Pani, Vidushi Tanya, Aditi Dubey, Harshitha Kiran and Anushaka Sharma.
Trilegal acted as the domestic counsel respectively to JM Financial, Axis Capital and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors the book running lead managers. The capital markets team included Partner Albin Thomas, and supported by Counsel Malika Grewal and Associates Janhavi Shah, Kavya Krishnaswamy, Adhish Mohanty, and Sanskriti Singh.
Hogan Lovells acted as the international counsel. The team is led by head of India practice and Dubai office managing Partner Biswajit Chatterjee with support from Counsel Kaustubh George, Senior Associate Aditya Rajput and associate Purva Mishra.
