Khaitan & Co, Veritas Legal and Trilegal advised on Mindspace REIT and 360 ONE’s INR 3,000 crore acquisition of International Tech Park Chennai.
Mindspace Business Parks REIT, along with 360 ONE, has acquired International Tech Park Chennai, a Grade A office asset on Radial Road, from CapitaLand Group for approximately INR 3,000 crore (USD 321 million). The asset spans approximately 2.6 million sq. Ft. And represents a significant addition to Mindspace REIT’s portfolio of income-generating commercial real estate assets.
