Khurana & Khurana advised SpaceFields Private Limited in its USD 5 million (INR 42 Cr) Pre-Series A funding round, led by Globaz Technologies Pvt Ltd, with participation from Rockstud Capital, Venture Catalysts, Rainmatter by Zerodha, SIDBI, o2 Angels Network, MeitY Startup Hub, among others.
