Kirkland & Ellis, AZB & Partners, and Pinsent Masons advise on Long Path Partners’ £339.5 million take-private of Idox plc.
Idox is a leading supplier of specialist information management software and geospatial data solutions to a wide array of sectors across the UK and internationally, including government, engineering, transport, and property amongst others.
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Frankel UK Bidco Limited (a newly formed company indirectly owned by funds controlled by Long Path Partners) on the recommended all cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Idox plc. The acquisition price values the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Idox at approximately £339.5 million.
