Latham & Watkins, JSA, Kirkland & Ellis Act On Warbug Pincus’ Acquisition Of Stake In Acclime Group

Latham & Watkins, JSA along with Kirkland & Ellis advised on Warburg Pincus’ acquisition of a controlling stake in Acclime Group.

Through this transaction, Warburg Pincus seeks to leverage its global track record in building leading business services platforms to support Acclime’s next phase of growth, international expansion, and innovation. The transaction was announced December 17, 2025. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Latham & Watkins has advised Acclime Holdings Limited and its shareholders on the sale of the Acclime Group of companies, a pan-Asian corporate services business headquartered in Hong Kong, to funds controlled by Warburg Pincus.

The Latham team was led by Hong Kong Corporate Partner Simon Cooke, with Singapore Associate Elisabeth Ong and Hong Kong Associates I-Ming Tan and Gladys Ma.

JSA acted as India counsel to Acclime Group and its shareholders, advising on all aspects of the India leg of the transaction and providing end-to-end legal support in connection with Indian regulatory and transactional matters.

The JSA Corporate team comprised Partner Prakriti Jaiswal, Senior Associates Rishika Agarwal and Nabarun Ray, and Associates Mahi Jaiswal and Kirti Vardhan Singh.

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Warburg Pincus on its investment in Acclime.
