Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India recently acted for The Bear House Clothing Private Limited (Company) in a Series A investment of INR 50 Cr from JM Financial Ltd India Growth Fund III (acting as the lead investor), with participation from Dexter Ventures. Dexter Capital Advisors acted as the financial advisor to the Company in this transaction.
The Bear House is a men’s everyday fashion and accessory brand selling premium casual workwear and accessories that blend style, comfort, and modern aesthetics. JM Financial Ltd India Growth Fund III is a scheme of JM Financial India Growth Trust III, acting through its investment manager JM Financial Ltd. Dexter Ventures is a micro-VC fund investing in Pre-seed and Seed stage start-ups. Bear House has also appeared on the ‘Shark Tank India’ series.
The transaction was led by Partner Pradnesh Warke who was ably assisted by Associate Ravi R. Shekhar.
