Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has acquired substantially all business assets of Dice Enterprises Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of up to approximately USD 8.1 million, subject to adjustments.
The transaction was structured as a dual asset purchase and executed on May 13, 2026.
Dice Enterprises operates a spend management platform specialising in corporate travel expense tracking, procurement, and accounts payable.
NovoJuris Legal acted as legal counsel to Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services in connection with the acquisition.
