Arugn Technologies Private Limited has acquired the entire shareholding of AION Investments Private Limited in Planetcast Media Services Limited, resulting in AION’s complete exit from Planetcast and its subsidiaries. AION Investments is a special purpose vehicle of a fund managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc.
