The Denstu Group, through its Indian subsidiary Dentsu Aegis Network India, has acquired an 80% stake in Extentia Information Technology Private Limited. Extentia will join Merkle, a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company within Dentsu Group’s international business, Dentsu International to meet the growing market demand in driving complex architecture integrations.
