SAM, CAM Act On Nephrocare Health Services Limited’s IPO

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on the initial public offering (IPO) of Nephrocare Health Services Limited aggregating to ₹8,710.48 million.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹3,534.05 million and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating to ₹5,176.43 million.

SAM advised Nephrocare Health Services Limited on the offering.

The SAM team was led by National Practice Head – Capital Markets, Prashant Gupta, and Partner Devi Prasad Patel, and assisted by Associates Divya Dhawan, Satakshi N Dixit, and Arjun Bhatia.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Quadria Capital in relation to the offer.

IFC offered 3,089,663 equity shares in the Offer for Sale, aggregating to INR 1,421.24 million. Quadria offered 2,888,911 equity shares in the Offer for Sale, aggregating to INR 1,328.90 million. Quadria is also one of the promoters of the Company.

The CAM Capital Markets team representing IFC comprised Aashima Johur, Rishi Nandkeolyar and Abhinav Singh Chauhan, while the General Corporate team advising IFC included Ravindra Bandhakavi, Poornima Singh and Radhika Shukla. The Capital Markets team representing Quadria Capital comprised Manan Lahoty, Vishal Yaduvanshi, Puneet Passi and Ritvik Maheshwari.
