Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) and JSA advised on the initial public offering (IPO) of CORONA Remedies Limited, aggregating to approximately ₹655 crore (US$72.23 million).
The IPO comprised an offer for sale of equity shares by existing shareholders and witnessed exceptional investor interest, with the issue being oversubscribed over 137 times. The equity shares were successfully listed on the BSE and NSE.
SAM advised CORONA Remedies Limited and the selling shareholders, including ChrysCapital, on all aspects of the IPO.
