Business NextGen Finance Private Limited (BNF) raised INR 215 crores in an equity fundraise, led by Beams Fintech Fund I and its affiliates, with participation from Baring Private Equity India Fund 6, Saison Capital, UNLEASH 1st Investment Partnership and other investors.
SAM acted as legal counsel to Business NextGen Finance Private Limited (BNF).
The transaction was led by Partner Bhargava K.S, with support from Associates Hrushika Sana, C R Keertitha and Nikhil Javali.
Khaitan & Co advised Beams Fintech Fund on its investment in Business NextGen Finance Private Limited (BNF).
