Singapore-incorporated HealthifyMe Private Limited entered into a strategic combination with Delaware-incorporated Berry Street Health, Inc., a U.S.-based digital nutrition care company.
The transaction brings together Berry Street’s clinical nutrition and insurance-based healthcare platform in the United States with HealthifyMe’s technology-led capabilities in nutrition and metabolic health. The combined company will be led by Noah Kotlove, CEO of Berry Street, and Tushar Vashisht, CEO of HealthifyMe, as co-CEOs.
SAM acted as lead legal counsel to HealthifyMe in relation to the transaction.
