Samvad Partners advised The Fundamentum Partnership Fund I, in their investment in Spinny during its Series F funding round, raising a total of $131 million through both primary investments and secondary acquisitions.
This round saw participation from other existing investors as well, including Accel, Elevation, Think Investments, and Tiger Global.
Spinny, a major player in the used car sector is transforming the C2C market by providing a secure, transparent platform for both buyers and sellers.
The company is expected to deploy proceeds from its recent fundraise to expand its newly launched non-banking financial arm, with plans to diversify into lending and ancillary services. This strategic move will enable Spinny to unlock new revenue streams, further solidifying its position in the used car market space.
The Samvad team, consisting of Partners Junaira Rahman and Gauri Khanna and Associate Akash Arya were involved in the transaction.
