Samvad Partners advised WEH Ventures II, in their investment in Alphawave Technologies Private Limited during its Series A funding round, raising a total of INR 50,45,46,216/-. The round was led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors WEH Ventures II and Titan Capital.
Alphawave Technologies Private Limited is engaged in the business of providing a cyber resilience startup operating under the brand name ‘Mitigata™ – Smart cyber insurance’. The funds will be used by Mitigata to accelerate the development of its AI-powered security and risk management platform, to enhance its suite of cyber resilience services, and scale operations.
