Shoosmiths’ Private Equity team is advising Five Arrows and DBAG on their acquisition of Totalmobile Ltd, a provider of field service management software, from Bowmark Capital, subject to regulatory approval.
The Shoosmiths team is led by Partners Elizabeth Ward and Amit Nayyar, co-counselling side by side with the Hengeler Mueller team led by Andreas Hoger. The Shoosmiths Corporate team also includes Legal Director, Katie Yorke, Senior Associates Alice Richmond and Molly Cullen and Associate Kam Piekarski, with further competition support from Partner Kiran Desai and Legal Director Manu Mohan.
