SNG & Partners advised on the ₹1,100 crore listed debt issuance by DLF Cyber City Developers Limited (DCCDL), the commercial real estate arm of DLF Limited.
The firm acted as legal counsel to the investor and the debenture trustee, handling drafting, review, and negotiation of transaction documents, advising on compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant RBI and SEBI regulations, and overseeing listing and execution protocols.
The proceeds from this issuance are earmarked to support DCCDL’s ongoing projects and operational expenses, including its flagship commercial development, DLF Cyber Green in Gurugram, Haryana.
The transaction was led by Partner and Head – (Financial Services) Aditya Vikram Dua, with Associate Partner Aniket Sawant, Senior Associate Parvathi Menon, and Associate Aditi Singh forming the core execution team.
